Health Cash plan no payout

FNB is really disappointing a payment was made from the health cash plan on Monday morning already when I phoned into the call center but nothing reflects as off yet yesterday I was that the payment was rejected I had no communication whatsoever if did not phone in I would have never knew claim was approved more then a week ago but still no payment I'm moving to another bank worst worst I've ever experienced 🤬🤬🤬
