Health cash plan

Im very disappointed with FNB HEALTH CASH PLAN I was admitted for 14 days due to surgical conditions and Gynecologist problems how ever FNB says will pay only 5 days because of my condition and I was never told of such when taking policy ...nd not never received my policy schedule was told everything is on the app and the app does not explain that...I joined the policy for such unplanned reasons to cover to medical bills but today FNB says will pay only 5 days..I need my days paid and my money paid or else im taking this further my policy is upto date...I need this matter to be resolved the whole trusted bank ..the service i received not acceptable and inconsistent because last year a claim was paid with no hustle but not similar condition...im very disappointed at FNB
