Health Cash back plan

I have a health cash back plan. 1. I was paid out incorrect. Been emailing them for over a month now. No reply. 2.I was in hospital with records move to day hospital,but still i was told you must be in hospital for more than 48 hours. Which i was. 3. I was told that my waiting period only expires end of October, but 2 days later I got a letter stating that I dnt have any waiting periods since 2021/03/30. 4. No feed back, rude consultancy,no help and no feedback
