he didn't perform and got me blacklisted

I have had bad service. But im experiencing here is beyond me. A person can get black listed while he did nothing. I played my role an had everything in place. i cannot do anything on my own fnb account cause someone didnt press a button somewhere. My own mother was attacked today and cant afford to go home cause you didn't process something and I am considered a high risk on actions had no control of. Lost for words and sad at how I was treated. To think I was such a promotor of fnb.
