Havoc and stress caused by FNB *********** staff.

The incompetence of the FNB staff has created Havoc for Me. I find myself being on Arrears in my Home loan account as a results of my account being locked for debits not to go through for the period of 2 Months. I never had any arrears before on any of my Accounts. They only stop locking of the account mid september and only notify me then that i missed July and August. This whole thing was caused by their Covidb19 relief team. This bank like to see us having bad credit record because now this is reflecting bad on my account.
