Having to convince a bank employee that i need privacy when setting up app logging details

Visited Pretoria North Branch today between 14H00 and 15H00 to unblock my banking profile (I had blocked it earlier because of a suspicious purchase transaction). The lady who assisted me was eyes on screen when i entered my username to reset the profile. When i asked for privacy she was persistent that fnb stores my email address, its only the password they do not store. I proceed to want to enter a password and asked for privacy when i was setting up my password, which ended up being a dialogue in justifying why she is no threat since she sees a lot of numbers everyday she will probably forget my password when i left, and in case of any challenges i can tell them(meaning fnb) that she as 'nthabiseng"was standing there its her. I had to defend (over and over and over) that the rule of my password being kept a secret also applies to fnb staff who are assisting us with anything. I had to eventually turn the screen aside because she also moved to justifying that she cant see what on the screen. As a bank employee she is required to provide the client with that privacy even before a client asks. I am writing this complain now because at 6pm I received an email of someone who added my very same email address (she made a comment on earlier) as a recovery email to an account i do not know. I am not saying it is her, I am saying my username was compromised because of an employee who wants to justify not granting me privacy.
