Having to call the bank for everything

I hate how you have to call the bank for things that should be on the banking app like reversing money when you made a mistake with transaction details or when you would like to withdraw from an investment account. I am also unhappy with the Google results when looking for solutions. Otherwise it's a fine bank I guess.
