HAVING THEIR OWN WAY WITH BANK CHARGES
So its that time of the month & most of us have no money in our accounts...this has been a very bad month for me. I got my mom to loan me R300.00 to my surprise as i went to withdraw this money - DECLINED . Checked my account & FNB has already debited off their bank charges!!!!! On the 20th ?????? Now I have no funds whatsover and they refuse to reverse the funds - yet i have never told them to debit my bank charges off on the 20th DOING AS URLL PLEASE WITH MY DAMN ACCOUNT......Normal banks debit their charges off on the last day of the month but FNB IS SPECIAL......PATHETIC SERVICE & will be closing my account.
