Have your ethics gotten worse of the years?

A black hole of call centers, 20 years ago I was handed over for 49 rand to lawyer which I ended up paying 6K to apparently clear my name. No consumer protection act back then. I recently learnt this is still reflecting against my name in FNB systems and ask to supplier proof of settlement. I did not keep documentation from 20 years ago and what makes it worse there is no one talk to me to resolve. call center agent to call center agent to email address that never responded and going into a branch they just call a call agent. Very disappoint at the ethics of FNB. I know why I have stay away for so many years. Please see if someone can contact me to resolve to prove me wrong
