Have found the most useless department in the whole of SA ... Card disputes..................

After many happy years with FNB dealing with their card transaction disputes department for 8 days solidly I have lost all hope and officially now HATE MY BANK.

Service is beyond horrific and Im done.. Expect my bank move shortly....
