Have been a life long client of FNB

Have been a life long client of FNB. Despite the high Bank fees I stayed loyal due to their service. However lately even the service doesn't warrant me staying. I was nagged by FNB service calls to upgrade to private clients and promised I would not be debited bank fees for 3 months. I noticed 2 weeks ago that I was charged R368. Raised this and am still awaiting feedback. I've tried several times and your secure chat is the most pathetic it's ever been. Advisors change 5 times within the chat constantly disconnected and I have to repeat myself. You gave me a private advisor that is so unhelpful. Everything I've asked him he either said he doesn't know or I must find out myself. I've even asked for a new advisor and received nil feedback. I'm going to change my bank soon. Its just not worth it anymore.
