Hats off to FNB for their credit management policy during Covid

My rating of 5 stars is for how FNB has conducted its relationship with clients over the past months of the Lockdown. The patience and willingness to empathise on the part of the FNB officials who control credit has been great.

In my case, various salaries I received from my employers have been delayed due to Covid-19 - and I did not have to file endless paperwork. The bank was patient with me and I made good on all overdues within the 2 week period. No need for heavy handed action such as I experienced with the "Blue" bank last month.

FNB deserves a higher score in the recent survey of banks published over the weekend. (And so does the "green" bank).

Hats off also to Ryan Pape of the private banking team. He ahs been great.
