Hats off to FNB

I never use HelloPeter for compliments, but this time I cannot allow myself not to do so. FNB, through the medium of a Mr. RB Jacobs has really given me hope in our banking system in South Africa.

Mr. Jacobs is always ready to assist and direct any query to the relevant departments. Whenever I have problems within the bank, I know I can just mail him and confidently know that my issue will be sorted out soon.

Mr. Jacobs you are really a hero in the banking industry and because of your excellence I will be a loyal client of FNB. They should really reward you well for your excellence.
