Hatred led to unfair judgement decision

I am a divorced lady with 2 children,in my culture,my children is entitled to their fathers money or estate regardless of their age,but with FNB is a crime to want a detailed balance from the deceased account,if not so or if I'm wrong how come FNB fired or dismissed Dzunani Zitha for helping me with a legal document from the Magistrate offices, Tell me am I the first lady to be divorced in Giyani,Mopani,Limpopo or even South Africa as a whole,has children, and court of law granted a letter to go to the bank and get a detailed balance,YES a fight between two frustrated women will always be there,the case was supposed to be send back to court and treated as a domestic case there,a big institution like FNB should have not entertained it at all, Tell me,is FNB Giyani assigned a special consultant to work on estates accounts only? Tell me,is FNB above the law that it can dismissed an instruction letter or request from the Magistrate offices that instruct a bank to reveal a detailed balance from the deceased accounts Lastly,should I have been assisted by another consultant not gone to Dzunani, Was you branch manager Joyce going to dismiss that consultant also,was the so called complained from the other wife going to be treated the same with what you did to Dzunani?
