Hating FNB doesn't nearly cover it

I know I'm white and that's why I've received no assistance for the situation I have...! But my money is still stuck in your account! I can't access my money due to your faulty app!! It's been 5 days now. And your staff on RBjacobs twitter account are lying to me and stringing me along! Constantly saying it's being dealt with and someone will follow up! Please, just send my money to someone to my wife's account! Then I can leave FNB for good! Please, don't take advantage of me and rip me off because of me being white & disabled! Don't make me responsible for what you guys caused!! You already ignored me. Do the right thing... I just want my money.
