Hatfield branch stays one of the worst

I tried collecting my cheque card now from Hatfield branch twice, my card in the mean expired today. Last time the queue was so long and not a single person to help me. Went again now in my lunch hour, the queue was so long so, then had to look for someone. He says no I must fill in my detail and wait. Refuses to help me or anything. Usually collection was so quick from that branch but has been going down hill. This is now the third and last time at that branch. I only have a little time in my lunch that I can go, they are absolutely the most useless branch out there. Avoid it if you can, the personnel at the front is unfriendly and unhelpful. The people that have to help you has an attitude and don't always know what they are doing.
