Hated every second i was at Vincent fnb branch in EL

The worse experience I've ever received at any fnb branch in my whole life. Siyo Dlatu the peron who welcomes and assist people when they go into the branch, was rude, impatient and damn right unfriendly. I will never again enter an fnb branch, just when i thought i will switch back and bank with fnb again. Now i know i will never come back to banking with a bank that employes such staff members.
