HASSLE GETTING MY CHEQUE CARD

Good day, i am really not impressed with the service i am receiving from your courier. I have opened a Prive clients cheque account but i being sent pillar to post to receive my bank card. AS FNB's customer , i request that you get in touch with these couriers and have them deliver my card today still. Thanks
