*** has NO IDEA what they're doing!
I have 4 business accounts with FNB. I've had to refill the tax jurisdiction form and submit it to *** over 30 times now without a phone call from them. I've been cooperative and forthcoming to no avail. I've been banking with these guys for years, and they treat you like this. I even went to the bank SEVEN TIMES, printed out the documents, filled them in front of the manager, and we scanned and emailed the documents to the relevant department (after an hour of calls to figure out who they were), and that wasn't good enough. The FNB employees in the bank were admittedly trying to help. But this *** nonsense is losing you loyal customers. Please don't call me because you won't know the answer to the riddle and push me from one department to the next. So fed up and on the verge of just closing all my accounts. I recommended FNB to our foreign partners and now look like a total fool for doing so.
