Has gone from Best to Worse bank every! It is impossible to believe they just dont care

They dont deserve the one star. I'm so over this bank. I've been with them 12 years and they've gone from the best to the worst bank in just 2 years. There's just one more thing I need to do and its GOOD BYE FNB. I cannot wait.
