Has FNB Forex become a ****?
FNB forex. Has it become a ****? I sent money through them but for some reason, it is missing. I have called them repeatedly but they have refused to assist.
My worst experience talking with a certain Phimzile Speko on their ***** department. She was very rude and unprofessional.
For now my money remains missing with them.

27 Jul 2021, 15:25One thing i have realised from my interaction with FNB Forex is that if u send money through them and it is not received or get missing in transit, they take no responsibility. It's all ur loss.
Worse still, they ask u for more money to investigate. They have collected more money from me but the money has still not been received.
That is the FNB Forex business way!!!

27 Jul 2021, 17:49Today FNB Forex sent me a screenshot of the transaction as proof that the beneficiary was credited.
However, FNB sent the money to a WRONG BANK!!!!!!!! Worse still, i had to pay them more money for this information. I provided the correct BIC number and bank name to FNB but FNB manufactured a new BIC number and sent the money to a wrong bank.
Can a bank be so bad? Has FNB Forex become this bad or they are now a ****?
