Has FNB begun harassing its credit card clients?

FNB Corporate Credit Card collections contacted me today 25th August at 08h37 to state that payment for the corporate credit card account was due yesterday 24th August 2015, when am I going to pay! This is strange as the 24th is the monthly cut-off date, after which a monthly statement is issued on 25th, and I have not even received the credit card statement via email yet, just like they failed to send the statement last month. When and how was I supposed to know how much to pay? It is simply unfair to be treated like a defaulter when one has not even been given a chance to know how much they owe to FNB. I have had this credit card account with FNB for so long, and have never been treated like this, until on 13 August 2015 and then today 25th August 2015. What have I done to FNB to deserve such treatment?

This is nothing but abuse of clients, draconian credit risk control tactics. I will certainly report this conduct to the National Consumer Commission.
