Has FNB been hacked?
Tried to login www.fnb.co.za 06h20 odd Sunday to buy airtime and was informed password changed and username will be blocked after third attempt.
Checked details entered correctly and still get same message.
Tried another set of credentials for biz and get same message.
Unsure if this was Sunday maintenance time as no message indicating that, I followed contact us link, selecting emergency / report ***** options and both numbers displayed give long engaged tones indicating not in existence any longer.
Tried FNB app and informed reduced services due to maintenance.
So do I assume web-access issue due to maintenance or has FNB been hacked?
