has a Debt Review flag with FNB only

I have been with FNB for a long time and have told people how best FNB yet im unable to receive help from them. I unknowingly got into debt review and 2013 and withdrawn from the same within 2 weeks, i was then granted a 17.4w with a wrong reason given by a counsellor as she was ****ed off as i was withdrawing. After 2 years now, i went and app**** for a credit card for my studies but im told that im under DR, i came back with 17.4 w form and was told that i need to go to NCR. Went to NCR and was told that the was a law that came to effect in Feb 2015 that allows me to be taken out of DR when providing 17.4 w. I called FNB non-stop and doesnt seem to be willing to assist. Kinldy escalate this matter to Debt Review Senior manager please...
