Harra*****t from FNB connect

FNB connect is the worst. I have been hounded by the collection department for a device that was in arrears which I paid for on the 23rd of April and till these days, the issue is still not sorted. I get calls from their collection department on a weekly basis and despite me sending them proof that I have paid for this, I still get harrased. I sent emails to their amdin department and 2 other agents but still have gotten no response from them. The service that I got from FNB connect has been nothing short of pathetic!!! I am so over this and i need it to be resolved!!!
