Harrassed by security guard while manager watchea on

To say I am traumatised is the least. Today infront of the public and bank manager for FNB Mandeni Branch kzn I was harrassed in all sorts of ways by their securitty guard on duty today on the 16/07/2018... He man handled me and I even lost money by the atms with no assistance from the staff and branch manager. I am yet to open a case of assault against him and the branch as well...He was so rude and so violent that I ended up not getting any assistance by the atms. I even fear going back alone to the branch... I was harrased whilst everyone watched on.... What a disgusting manner to handle a client im shooketh to the core.... Can sum1 assist with lodging a formal complaint against fnb and their security guard with the ombudsman... This has to be the craziest thing i have to endure
