Harrassed by ***

Good day,

I received missed calls from ********** /4000, I could not answer my phone because I was in meetings. My mother-inlaw called later that day and told me that she received a call from the same and a lady called Kekeletso from FNB was looking for and asked that I call her back on the same number. I tried calling back numerous times but the phone rings and then drops, every time.

I must say that my mom-inlaw was not pleased that I had provided her number to my bank, which I did not. There is nowhere in my profile where I had listed her number. I am perturbed to say the least, how can FNB just call random people looking for me with regards to my bank account? I checked with FNB a while later and the only number listed in my profile is my cellphone number. This leaves me dumbfounded, where did Kekeletso or whoever she is get my mom-inlaw's number? - Is this practice even allowed? - Can a bank call random people looking for their client? - Where did they get her contact number? - What happened to privacy? - Who is calling from ********** 000/4000?

I really need this clarified for me, please assist?
