Harrasment and no loyalty

Good Day to all , Please hope this reaches people that they can know how FNB treats their clients. I was told I had a certain amount on my credit card and I can use till a certain amount and that is what I did. Then on a day I would receive no less than maybe around 20 phone calls a day from FNB to say I am over my limit and I need to pay a certain amount but the amount that came off the start of the month was already taken by them and agreed to , further I was told I must pay more and I will not as that was not the agreement and I am not going to be harrased on a daily basis after I have spoken to a consultant and she made it clear she will sort it out and that they should not call me again. I received the same calls again starting the next day , FNB please be advised that we have an agreement if you can violite me as a client and go further to debit any amount other than the agreed amount please note that I will take this matter further and I can think there is another few clients that this is also being done with.
