Harrased by FNB

I'm sick and tired of being harassed by FNB and Brooks and lyt. So I took a R2000 loan at the ATM around last Feb which I had to pay within 6 months, lost my job, and I won't lie took me a while to pay I eventually paid R500 around September and from there I just couldn't afford to pay it. Early December 2018 I received a call from Brook's and lyt saying I must pay my settlement amount of R3,119 I was shocked but I understood why it had gone up so high , I understood it was interest since I haven't paid in so long, the lady from Brook's and lyt told me that if I don't pay the balance of R3000 by the 16th of December my interest would go up to R500 , I got scared and hustled R3000 went to the Game FNB Witbank branch to settle it , they put me on the fone to ask for account details where I can be able to deposit the money. I spoke to the lady on the fone she told me that if I don't pay the remaining R119 by the end of December my interest will go up, me being obedient around the 27th of December I went and deposited R120 and was relieved that my settlement amount of R3119 was paid up. Now what ****es me off is we are in the middle of February 2019 now and FNB and Brooks and lyt are still Harrassing me!!!! Saying I'm owing R188 , my question is where does it come From? ??? Why wasn't I told about it before and why wasn't it included in the settlement amount I asked the lady From brooks and luyt those questions and she said FNB deducts interest daily my question was interest from where, from which money because as far as I know I have settled my balance. Why wait for so long to tell me that I'm owing R188 ???? Why wait for the"interest " to accumulate. All I wanted to do was finish my loan and cancel my account with FNB why wasn't I given a full settlement amount ? Who's fault is it that the hidden amount had accumulated to R188. I'm sick and tired of the harassment I've had it, it needs to STOP as in today!!!!!!!!!!!
