hard work and extra mileage

I find Kulani Maluleke a very hard working and always helpful at FNB private banker department, She always come back to the client and make sure she help efficiently and always apologies is she responded late, For all the times that my banker could'nt help me she was always the next person to just send an email to and she never disappoint me. We need more staff like Kulani for FNB to keep us (Client). Keep it up dear u know very well that I am still FNB client because of you. I take my HAT off fo you.
