Hard Lock on FNB/PayPal account... what next?
I haven't had an issue withdrawing Paypal funds to my account before and now all of a sudden I'm doing what I usually do but keep getting an error message: (E-104129) Hard Hold On Account
What the heck do I when I urgently need to access my money and no one is answering my calls?
- It was such a headache opening a business bank account. - It was an even bigger headache calling non-stop to troubleshoot connecting PayPal and the FNB account...
NOW THIS?? Come on!
