Hard Hold on paypal account, no way to get resolution

Having a problem withdrawing my PayPal funds An error which states: "Hard Hold on account" pops us. Nobody with FNB can tell me what is going on and paypal isn't even taking calls. How am I supposed to manage now? All the money I have in the world is tied up in my paypal account and now I can't even get a straight answer why FNB doesn't want to give me my money, in my account? I mean, the thing is linked, to the same bank account it has been for like a decade. What the hell is going on?

If FNB didn't have a monopoly on paypal I'd be doing ALL my banking with Capitec. At least they don't try to lock me out of some part of my account every six months or so because I have a brain **** entering a password or my cell breaks and I can't access the app to prove my identity. This is not the first time they have arbitrarily broken something on my account and then laid so many hurdles in the path of getting it fixed that I simply had to live without an income for a month while they finally decided I'd provided enough locks of hair and blood samples to gain access to my own money.

FNB used to be the best bank for customer service but they clearly are getting lazy and complacent and if I find another way to direct my payments from over seas I am NEVER looking back and closing my account forever.
