Hard hold on my life and my account.

My business account was frozen and amongs other things, I had no knowledge of this until I tried to use it. Then again it wasn't really giving me the correct issue on the slips.

I went to my nearest branch and was told that my account has a hard hold on it due to ********** reasons. On a 2 month old account? What frustrates me is that I was not notified of the status of my account once this happened. I then had to fight Cell C to get my victim letter of which I have now. Yet, I still cannot use my money. I must go hungry because of someone else and a bank that didn't help me as they always ask?

I need this resolved today!
