Hard hold on FNB/PayPal account.

After so much effort of having to link my PayPal account to my bank account, FNB has put a HARD HOLD on my account. Because of this, I am unable to withdraw my funds from PayPal anymore. I launched two queries and two complaints on FNB Online Banking, and each time I got an email saying that an investigation has been launched and someone will get back to me shortly. This is obviously an automated email made to look like some sort of effort is taken to resolve my problem, but that it clearly not the case because until now nothing has been done! On top of that, I tried calling the FNB Forex call center, but it just rings endlessly! I'm thoroughly disappointed with FNB. Why allow for queries online if you won't make any effort to deal with them?! Why provide a call center number if no one is there to pick up?! Now my money is stuck and I don't know what to do.
