Hard hold on account resolved

FNB attended to an issue regarding a hard hold on my account very quickly and professionally. The problem was perfectly resolved within 24 hours. The gentleman that called me to confirm that the hold was lifted was professional and courteous. I received the PayPal funds in my account a few days later, as promised. Thank you very much FNB.
