Hard Hold On Account, Can't Withdraw Paypal

Once again, I have to complain about this bank. It gives me no pleasure to do so. I simply what to experience smooth banking

We were trying to withdraw funds via Paypal into my mother's FNB account. We have done so for years. However, FNB has suddenly put a hard on the account, preventing us from withdrawing funds needed for us to survive during lockdown. We were not alerted to this lockdown via email or sms or given a reason for it. It just happened. Nor were we told how to resolve this. If FNB doesn't sort this out ASAP, I am going to the press and will also seek legal council.

P.S. I set up my own FNB account to withdraw funds but after 2 years, FNB still makes it impossible to link to the account to paypal, that option doesn't come up. I have contacted them in the past with no help, response or resolution.
