Harassment via debt collection agency on behalf of FNB

I wish to make a complaint about FNB or rather in particular their debt collection agency.

I was just phoned by Anthony Richards And Associates (ARA)

In which I explained to them that I am unable to make payments any more currently on my credit card account due to my unemployed status.

I was then told as I would be put down as if I refused which isn't the case but I simply do not have the financial means.

Please note that I haven't received a salary for the last 12 weeks soon to 13 (this can be verified on my account) so I would like to know how am I supposed to make a payment with no incoming money?

I would appreciate clarity from FNB on this matter.
