HARASSMENT FROM FNB JURISTIC CRS

Opened a business account with FNB and provided all the necessary documentation upon opening this account. (I've banked with FNB for about 15 years now and have 3 accounts).

I received an email requesting information about mu business from FNB JURISTIC CRS. I filled in the requested documents but still they are harassing me and threatening to freeze my account

I find it ridiculous that they opened my account with all the required documents and they still finding issues with everything. I even sent theie requested documents and now they send me a new 21 page document to fill.

This is ridiculous.. I am tax compliant and have always been..

I've tried calling this department over and over but the line is always on voicemail
