harassment from FNB & Brooks@Luyt

My personal loan was in arrears by few months and I managed to get back on track. the problem is the calls I get from Brooks&Luyt attorneys asking for payment arrangements on my FNB personal loan. I have been telling them that I am up to date with my FNB loan they must communicate with them but they are not doing that. Now I have received sms confirming debit order which I did not agree to.
