Harassment from credit card collections (agreement agreed to) and near loss of baby during pregnancy as result of stress from said harassment

I have an arrangement regarding my credit car, but still they contact me to advise it is in arrears! Are you mentally ill or retarded? How many times should I speak with your *********** staff that harrass 10 plus times a day and still cannot do their job when an arrangement is agreed to? You send me emails and messages to advise there is no arrangement. You must be joking!!!!!! Perhaps it is time I should take some legal action regarding the emotional rollercoaster you have put me through in this regard during my entire pregnancy!!!!!! The stress has almost made me lose my baby.

I urge top management to contact me in this regard and if any more stress is pushed to my side I will have no other choice but to take legal action of harassment and emotional abuse.
