Harassment by Spam

I’m still getting marketing emails from FNB, despite having opted out for everything in the marketing preferences if their app.

The emails do not have an unsubscribe link. To unsubscribe they say you need to change the preferences in the app or call their support line. As far as I can tell there is no way to simply email them. I believe they are deliberately making it difficult so that people will just give up and not do it.

At this point it is basically harassment.
