Harassment by FNB

I'm sick and tired of FNB. I logged a complain before whereby they say that I haven't used my ewallet for over 5 months and I must avoid service fees and transact as soon as possible. I closed my accounts long time ago and i don't know why they are contacting me after all this years.

Now after complaining they don't attend to my problem. They say I must fill fica documents for what. Why I should fill fica documents for a bank that I'm not banking with. I'm not a client of FNB. What is going on with FNB. I don't owe you ***ol.
