Harassment!!!!

I have been receiving calls from *** which is a Verified Nr on Truecaller. I have told them everytime I do not deal with 3rd parties who are calling on "behalf" of any company, let alone my bank. I have asked EVERYTIME to be taken off of the call list. I have had managers promise me this has been done. OVER AND OVER again. Yesterday again, I asked for the manager to provide it to me in writing that I have been removed off of the list. I am still waiting, and again today, I have been called MULTIPLE times. What do you people not understand. I DONT WANT YOUR UPGRADED ACCOUNT OR CREDIT CARD. I am going to make a formal complaint to the ombudsman, about this harassment. I did not give FNB or any 3rd party permission to call me for marketing. I called into the call centre multiple times , and was pushed from pillar to post, because no one seems to know how to do their job. JUST NOW WHILE ON HOLD WITH YOUR CALL CENTRE. THIS NUMBER PHONED ME A 3rd time!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WTAF!!!
