Harassment
Could FNB kindly stop threatening me with legal action for supposedly being overdue on my revolving facility. The amount - minimal as it is - they are rudely threatening to sue me for - was debited - SUCCESSFULLY - on 31 December 2024. I am referring this matter to the ombudsman.

09 Jan 2025, 11:27Despite written confirmation - and a half-baked apology - that the debit order was processed on 31 January 2024, FNB is back to sending me threatening SMSs about my revolving facility. This is harassment and I am lodging a formal complaint with the ombud.
