Harassment

The last time my account was in arrears was in April, since them loan account has been up to date. Paid via Debicheck. Yet each 2nd day I am still getting hounded by FNB's IVR stating my account is handed over. Sometimes 3x a day. This makes me wonder what my internal rating within FNB is because of this incorrect rating. I have reported this before, it died down for a month and started again, worse than before
