Harassment

FnB has handed my account over to numerous of attorneys stating that I haven't paid a loan that was paid up over a year ago. I need to understand why this account firstly was handed over and why am I being harassed by attorneys for collection. I have sent these people paid up letters that I had to beg FNB to send to me and yet I'm still being harassed. The first letter I received from FNB was for a completely different client with all his personal information. FNB I'm not the only client that has this issue many people said they experienced the same issue where FNB is claiming that loans where not paid and handed over. This is extremely tiring as we have to beg for proof from FNB that the account was paid and still be harassed. Get your people from my back and start doing your work properly. I'm starting to think you guys have way to many clients and are unable to manage your client base properly. Stop taking on new clients
