Harassing SMS messages re FICA documentation and lack of acknowledging receipt of documents

I have received three SMS's and one e-mail threating to freeze my account due to FICA documents not submitted. The SMS's were dated 2021-08-10, 2021-08-15 and 2021-08-20. I rep**** to the e-mail on 2021-08-13 with all the documents requested attached. Needless to say the e-mail has yet to be acknowledged and I am still receiving these harassing and threatening SMS messages. I have phoned the number supp**** on the SMS three times. This is a total waste of time as the agent on the other end cannot even check if the e-mail with the documents attached has been received. I have been a customer of FNB since 1963 and have never had this type of harassment before. I see they now call themselves 'The Changeables" and have dropped the "How can we help you" slogan. This I can believe as the change in proper customer communication has changed for the worse.
