Happy with the level of service at FNB N1 City

On 2 Nov I went to the branch to open a savings account and was quite surprised at how quickly Shamiem got up to meet me when I entered at the door. She immediately made me feel welcome, and directed me to where I need to go. I was then assisted by consultant, Candice who assisted with my query, and explained any questions I had. She was patient, and very engaging, which I liked, as we dont experience that very much with most companies these days. Really happy to see FNB still lives the value: "how can we help you". Its refreshing!
