Happy with services
I want to really like to thank FNB for their great services in helping me and being patient with me. They have stood by me through this toughest month. Never returned any of my debit orders was considerate with me when I explained my problem.
They even went the extra mile by contacting me and making arrangements for me to meet up with the overdrawn amounts that reflected in my account which I have done.
I am truly grateful to them for putting me first instead of returning the debit orders from my cheque account . FNB please keep up the good work and continue making me feel special and important client.
The credit card division a special thanks for be patient and extending the payment arrangements.
It is great to have you treat me like family.
Also the online chat service to Private Wealth Clients is not helpful because when I noticed there is going to be a problem with funds they could not link me to collections department not could they notify them.
It was as if I just made no attempt to do anything and yet I did in advance before I was contacted by the cheque account department and the collection department.
It is quite frustrating to receive calls every day even when you are trying to pay whatever you can because the first thing when they call you it to let u know about your credit score.
People have lost their jobs and some are hustling to make ends meet.
