We went to the bank at Woodbridge branch wanting to open a business account and we found a very friendly lady consultant who guided us so kindly. She knows her products,I ended up opening a personal account because she knows what she was doing. We were so impressed that we still have people who understand customer services and who also goes an extra mile taking her time to knock off and finishing what she has started without complaining always smiling. We want out there feeling as if we where part of the FNB family. It was so amazing because after three days I got a call asking me where do I want to collect my card. I said at the Centurion Branch,wow the service was so excellent even to that branch,the patient and the love they do their job so amazing.
